OUR STORY
Born From Crisis, Built on Expertise
Global Inclusion Consulting emerged during COVID-19, when founder Mosharraf Hossain witnessed marginalised
communities including people with disabilities devastated by a crisis while the systems
designed to protect them failed.
With 30 years leading disability rights, international development, and climate action—from grassroots organisations to global institutions—Mosharraf understood exclusion from both sides: as an expert driving change and as someone navigating the barriers others created.
He founded Global Inclusion Consulting in 2021 to
transform inclusion from compliance theatre to core
strategy, integrating cutting-edge Generative AI with
human-centred co-creation to deliver equitable, sustainable solutions. Working with specialist partners
across disciplines, we bring proven expertise tailored to
specific challenges.
Mosharraf led a country programme in Bangladesh, and engaged global policy influencing with the UN and UK
international development department.
Harvard Kennedy School graduate and Gleitsman Leadership Fellow at the Center for PublicLeadership, having two Master in Public Administration & Economics.

The UN Country Team Disability Inclusion Strategy 2026-2030 for Bangladesh
The International Labour Organisation (ILO) Country Team in Bangladesh, in collaboration with the UN Resident Coordinator's Office, commissioned Mosharraf H to develop the UN Country Team Disability Inclusion Strategy 2026-2030 for Bangladesh. The strategy now guides disability-inclusive programming across 20 UN agencies operating in the country, establishing a unified framework for advancing the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities in development and humanitarian initiatives.
Study on Washington Group Questionnaire Implementation Challenges in Rohingya Refugee Context, Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. Global Inclusion Consulting was commissioned by Humanity & Inclusion (HI) Bangladesh to identify challenges in implementing the Washington Group Questionnaires for disability measurement among Rohingya refugees in Cox's Bazar. The study delivered actionable insights on cultural adaptation and best practices for disability-inclusive humanitarian programming in displacement settings.
