Global Inclusion Consulting was launched in 2021, in the time period when the COVID-19 pandemic had a disproportionate impact on people with disabilities, exacerbating challenges to their lives and livelihoods. In this critical time, Mosharraf Hossain, the founder, identified a significant gap in diversity and inclusion practices within the workplace. Motivated by this insight, he founded Global Inclusion Consulting to drive diversity and disability inclusion leveraging international development and global business.
Working 3 decades in the sector, he also found disability was not mainstreamed in international development and climate action.
Global Inclusion Consulting aims to add values on disability inclusion advising, consulting, and capacity building on inclusive development, sustainable business and accessible workforce.
We collaborate with development agencies to develop and implement their disability inclusion strategies and action plans.
Our consultancy services assist in the mainstreaming of disability in programme design, implementation, and impact evaluation.
We advise businesses on disability inclusion in the workplace, which enhances their brand and increases business performance.
We consult with global brands on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, with a special emphasis on the employment of persons with disabilities.
